Sultan Center “The case…”
As most of our dewania followers to this blog know, that we’ve faced a numerous instances with Sultan center. Well as a conclusion to this case, here’s the ending…
After 4 agonizing months we got an offer of 300 kd voucher for buying sweets ONLY! The problem was they way they offered us the voucher (which we refused). They called us during Ramadan and told us to pick up the sweets which was provided by the company itself and NOT SULTAN CENTER! Because we refused, they said we’ll contact you with another offer soon, and that “soon” has yet to come…
Basically the “trust issue” between sultan center and its customers has been damaged, due to the lack of the way they treat us as walking wallets and not loyal customers…
Many of you have faced this issue, with many of our readers here have started a group in face book! When this subject was opened with doctors in Kuwait university (marketing department), they asked me to give presentations of the problems i faced. What sultan center did was a good example of bad customer satisfaction, and how extreme this problem can be.
It seems that no one was shocked, as the sultan center branch in kuwait university was closed down by the ministry of health for 6 months! For many reasons, one of which was selling expired food as well as selling products way over priced…for instance a pack of reglese gum tipically sold for 150 fils is being sold for 400 fils (To this day!)
What we’re saying now, is that Sultan center is not the monopolizing company it use to be, such Hypermarkets as “Carrefour”, (With close to 400,000 people working in over 9,200 stores across 30 countries, Carrefour is the biggest retailer in Europe, and the second-largest retailer worldwide (after Walmart), “lulu Hyper market” and “City center” have won our loyalty which do to their competitive prices and excellent customer service along with their vast variety of products and services.

Keep up the good work guys, im sure that when people like you take things into action, sultan center’s service would be much better!
I’ve stopped buying from there for several reasons, however its mostly that it seems there not what they use to be. lets hope that carrefour dont let us down!
